Polycarbonate is the lightest, most impact-resistant material made. It is lighter than normal plastic and ideal for active lifestyles. Polycorbonate has UVA, UVB and UVC protection. Children, teens and athletes value the safety qualities such as shatter resistant and less tendency to irritation the skin or nose. Standard polycarbonate lenses are recommended for prescription ranges between +/-4.00 (and/or cylinder ranges between +/-2.50).

To clean lenses, wipe a small dab of dish soap on both sides of lenses with finger while running under water. Dry with a cotton cloth. Do not wipe lenses with anythng that has lint as lint causes scratching.
